Build the Future With Us
Companies should own their infrastructure decisions, not rent them. We're building the system that makes that possible — and we need people who believe shipping matters more than talking about it.
Senior Platform Engineer
This is not a "keep the lights on" platform engineering role. You'll own the Kubernetes and GitOps substrate that powers KAOS — designing and building custom operators, shaping how our infrastructure behaves as a product, and deploying it into client environments where failure is not an option. You'll work closely with one mid-platform engineer and collaborate with the AI team to compose orchestration logic for our A2X agent communication ecosystem. There's no rigid hierarchy here — how the team organizes itself will emerge from the work. What matters is that you can prioritize ruthlessly, manage your own workload, and pull others along when needed.
Full Stack Engineer
You'll be the person who makes KAOS visible and usable — translating a deeply complex platform into interfaces that clients and internal teams actually want to work with. This means building the product UI that customers interact with daily, the internal tooling that keeps the team moving fast, and the APIs and real-time systems that tie everything together. KAOS is not a simple SaaS dashboard. You'll be working with multi-tenant architectures, real-time infrastructure state, event-driven agent communication, and data-heavy visualizations — all in the context of regulated industries that demand precision. The frontend and backend aren't separate concerns here; they're one system, and you need to think across the full stack.
AI Engineer
This is not a research lab. You'll build the intelligence layer that powers KAOS — designing and implementing multi-agent orchestration systems, production-grade RAG pipelines, and self-hosted LLM infrastructure that runs in regulated environments where "just use GPT-5" is not an option. You'll work closely with the platform engineering team and collaborate across the stack to ensure agents don't just reason well — they ship reliably, scale predictably, and fail gracefully. There's no rigid hierarchy here — how the team organizes itself will emerge from the work. What matters is that you can ship production systems, know when to stop researching and start building, and challenge the team to think better. This is 2026. AI moves faster than anyone can keep up with. You won't know everything, and that's fine. What's not fine is being paralyzed by that. We need people who turn uncertainty into velocity.
Enterprise Account Executive → Head of Sales (Designate)
You will own everything between "qualified prospect" and "signed contract" — and then document every step so the motion can be repeated without you in the room. In Phase 1 (Months 3–18), you are embedded alongside the founding team. You attend client delivery reviews, learn the platform from the inside, and build the first sales playbook grounded in real production outcomes — documented conversion criteria, objection handling, pricing logic, and reference narratives. You run Wave 2 pipeline with the CEO as your first collaborator, then progressively take over the outbound and qualification motion. In Phase 2 (Months 18–36), you own the pipeline independently. You manage the Wave 3+ commercial function, build the System Integrator channel, and hire the first AE under you. The CEO moves out of the sales motion. You move in.
Don't self-select out
Feel underqualified? Apply anyway.
We hire for mindset, not checkboxes. If you're the kind of person who figures things out, owns problems end-to-end, and cares about what you build — we want to hear from you. Skills can be learned. Drive can't.
